Sometime in September 2011, Shiseido had organized its 1st ever makeover competition nationwide. Unlike every other makeup competition, the main idea of this campaign is to discover the true beauty of women by helping them to understand how to enhance their beauty from inside out.
Just like painting, even Mona Lisa will have to starts from a perfect piece of plain base. So keeping a good skin regime is important. With the help from Shiseido’s beauty experts, each participant will go through a skin consultation to understand the basic need of their skin, followed by a step by step make-up guide in picking the look that best fit for each individual. Their manes are taken care by a group of professional stylish before taking a stardom shoot in their best pose.
The competition comes in 2 categories, A: <30 years old and B:>30 years old. All participants will be shortlisted by a group of BluInc editors followed by online voting through the Shiseido Make Me Beautiful website.
120 beautiful contestants – only 6 will be chosen and the winner walks away with prizes worth up to RM10, 000. So congratulation for all the winners and here’s a recap of the lucky ones.
