Paperdoll Project - eclipse X world vision

In conjunction with eclipse 15th anniversary - Malaysia renowned fashion designer and founder of the brand raises the awareness through a collaboration project with World Vision to help those who are suffering from poverty, hunger and lack of opportunities.


eclipse hopes to support the community with sustainability and continuity in providing clean water, better medical and education to the society. Thus the launched of Paperdoll Project.

Standing together with eclipse on the Paper Doll Project are Lina Teoh, Carmen Soo, Daphne Iking, Xandria Ooi, Hannah Lo, Vivy Yusof, and of course, Simon Chin of Studio Pashe.

The project takes us back to the time when days before tech, a time when things need self participation, so tangible and requires a lot of human imagination. With this idea in mind, eclipse created 6 sets of dolls inspired and styled according to the six different personalities of the celebrities whom supported the project. The concept reminds people the days where things are less complicated, fun and makes a strong visual point.

Retailing at RM20.00 at all eclipse boutiques in the Klang Valley, all profit proceeds from the Paper Dolls will go to the Paper Doll Project fund raiser in support of World Vision. In addition, eclipse will also contribute 1.5% of its totals sales from all its Klang Valley boutiques from Sept till Nov 2011.

If paper doll and apparels are not your thing, there are also some wonderful stickers derived from the characters of its micro-site retailing at RM 5 - RM 10 each.  



Style with the Paper Doll Project – a awareness and fund raising initiative in support of World Vision. Starting from 1 September 2011, the 4-month long project hopes to raise a total of RM150,000.00 through fund raising and awareness initiatives.
